Stuck on loading screen

Hey, my friend is loading valorant and is getting stuck on this screen while loading and can't do anything else (alt tab, open task manager, etc.) basically PC becomes inaccessible. Anyone else experiencing this or has a solution for this? We tried uninstalling and reinstalling, the PC has disk space and we are just unsure what the heck is going on haha. Any help is appreciated ty!
