someone cheated on my account, submitted a ticket, got deleted instantly (seemingly)
to put it simply, I was playing WoW for the enterty of October, and only at the begining of November got into playing shooters again, I was going to get into Valorant, but it told me I was permently suspended, I checked my account on a stat tracker to see if anyone else played on it (TerraOWO#4311) and it turns out someone has, spesifically on October 28th inpaticular I can prove I was playing WoW, since I have discord messages in the discord server for Pagle to prove I was too busy questing, dungeoning, and pet grinding, to play Valorant.
I submitted a ticket to Riot games, and even got a email back, but when I click on the link it gose nowhere and there is no way to access the help request again.
any advice, how should I proceed, and should I just resubmit the request?

open your acc on riot games website and u should be able to find a section called my tickets
it isn't showing up there sadly, do you think I should put in another ticket?

Update: I got it back. just hoping they'll delete the stats I got, they got a gold 2 on my account I dont deserve. Im not a avid player, so I feel like it should be scrubbed. But thats really it. Also @redpainsam thanks for the advice.
