Flashes are not showing up
for some reason flashes sometimes aren't showing on enemies heads. I noticed this behaviour while playing phoenix and omen. When this behaviour happens, I ask the spectators in team and they say that there was no flash effect on head. It had been confusing me and sometimes making me do mistakes. Only the fading away animation would show up.
