Restart computer several times
It keeps posting this message, I've already restarted like 5 times

Clear your temp files
Press Win+R
In the little search box enter %temp%
and delete them all
from the recycle bin too
Do I need to redownload?
No
So everything in the file folder I delete
Or just the tmp ones
Which ones do I delete?
everything in the temp folder
