I got banned for some reason and now every time I make an account I can only play 2 games then ban
Last week I got banned for "3rd party use"
and I asked a few mates and they said I might have been hwid banned since I cant make other accs without getting banned
How do I make another acc without getting banned/or get hwid unbanned

You can't, if you're HWID banned that basically means Riot isn't gonna let you play their game (on that computer anyways)
my account that i spent money on even got banned when i opened it, total of 6 accounts of mine got banned
4 of those acc were to check and play quick games ðŸ˜

That's because you're hardware banned. any account you open/make is going to get insta banned
not all cuz the 4 ones i got to play atleast 2 games (unrated)
