Stuck on the RSM Loading screen

Whenever I load into RSM (Server 2) I always start off by loading in as usual but then the screen gets stuck on "Invoking CPathServer::InitBeforeMapLoaded..." but it's only the screen, I can hear my character walking around and NPC's talking. How do I fix this?
