Refunded skin that wasn't supposed to be refundable
uh this isn't good. I refunded my phantom skin for testing purposes (cuz i alr used it and i didnt think it worked) but somehow it actually refunded. I dont have the skin in the shop. Is there anything I can do? I already submitted a ticket to riot.

as a one time thing Riot will let you refund skins that don't fit within their refund policy

cuz it just said 15 rp, and i was like ok. And then the skin got refunded

It's only a one time thing, but it still has to be within the time limit of the refund policy. If you've already done it before, all other refunds have to be within Riot's full refund policy

Not at all. You bought the skin and you should have read their refund policy. If Riot didn't have a refund policy back for Val then, that's on you for buying something without a chance for refund.

If it doesn't fit the policy so long as it's within the timeline
There are other factors that will cause it to not fit within the policy
This includes using it ingame and upgrading it with Radianite

This was the very first thing I said. As a one time thing, Riot will let you refund skins that do not fit within their refund policy. I never mentioned the extent of it. I never mentioned how far outside the refund policy it can go. This can mean that it can be one thing outside of Riot's refund policy, or it could mean numerous. I never gave any specifics other than Riot will let you, as a one time, refund a skin that does not fully fit within their refund policy. I later added, for more information in regards to the refund policy, that it has to be within a certain time limit.
Back before VALORANT's full release, if Beta did not allow you to refund, that means VALORANT at the time did not have a Refund policy, meaning you bought an item at the time there was no refund policy. You agreed to the policies upon buying it. They can't change it because you already agreed to it.

They usually take up to 24 hours but can often take longer, it depends on how backed up they are. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis and Riot receives thousands in a day.

No,i also tried to refund my prime phantom,and i got the option to refund,but what they did was only the variant got refunded not the skin
