Where do i do the application for Valorant PBE

Everytime I click apply here it brings me to download PBE
not everyone can access pbe
I believe by clicking "Apply Here" it signs you up for a possibility at PBE
to gain access you have to apply, which is what they were asking about
You should get an email saying that you applied to PBE though, unless you have Emails from Riot turned off
i tried applying over a year ago and got the email that i applied but when i tried again yesterday i got no email

You only need to apply once, once you apply you are considered signed up for all future PBE invite waves. You may not get accepted immediately, or you may not get accepted at all. Applying does not guarantee Acceptance in any way.
but if i havent been accepted and its been over a year shouldn't i be able to reapply and try again?
If you haven't been accepted and it's been over a year, that likely means you won't get accepted at all.
Again, Applying does not guarantee Acceptance in any way. This means that if you apply, that does not mean you are guaranteed to ever get accepted. It's just a chance to possibly get accepted.

there are multiple things that Riot takes into consideration such as activity, penalties, behavior history, sometimes rank or hardware/ping, etc. some may increase or decrease your chances.
oh yeah im wondering about your behavior history
if you do have a history will it ever go away?
Not sure. I never really had to ask about it as I rarely had any issues regarding my behavior on VALORANT.
