keep getting this error when trying to launch valorant
my friend keeps getting this message whenever he tries to launch valorant, it will open the loading screen then crash and show him this. he has tried reinstalling valorant and vanguard but nothing is fixing it please help.

so when u restart go into bios, go to security turn secure boot keys to standard then i forgot what tab it was but find csm folder turn csm off, save and exit when ur rebooting go back into bios and turn on secure boot and save and exit
atleast thats what worked for me
he already has secure boot on he checked
i'll ask him about turning off csm tho
