i cant recover it mails are not responding properly Bots are irritating
The only way to recover your account is via Riot's official support, making a ticket, recover account, and talk about ban or restrictions. If you did this and got what appears to be a bot reply, that means support probably can't help you and you cannot get your account back

iirc, any 3rd party program is use at your own risk, spoofs and cheats are not the only bannable 3rd party programs. the program VALORANT CC for example is not allowed.
if you swear you didn't use any 3rd party program (trackers, skin changers, etc), then I have two other possible answers for you:
-I heard Vanguard is sometimes set off by cheats/spoofs for other games, but I am unsure as to how true this is.
-your account may have been compromised and the person who took it used something that got you banned
