Discord Bot not assigning roles!

Dear Mods,
I’ve been depressed to find out that I’ve been not given rank role despite being on server for over a year. I will make humble request to the mod team to consider looking into my personal issues with discord bot.

Hey there, sometimes the bot likes to have some funky issues. For roles in this server, DM the @Modmail bot. For Roles in the LFG server, dm the Modmail bot that's located in the LFG server (they both lead to different places as they are both moderated by different teams)
a moderator will be able to assist you and manually assign roles
