For the 1.Adobe Express is good
For the 2nd.Fiverr
Oh just an editing website, I'll consider adobe express doe ty
Np and also if you ever consider high end editing, make sure to try out svg 16/17/18, when you get professional move to premiere pro/ae
website editing isnt that good unless you just wanna cut trim etc
