I think valorant system has 2 rank differentiation
By that i mean
Bronze can play with One rank above, and one rank below
Same for plat, (Diamond and gold)
Same for diamond (Asc and plat) One rank above, and one rank below, for radiant i think only immortal but am unsure with radiant.
