Iron 3, quite troublesome isnt it, well i got some routines for you to follow
Go in the range, eliminate bots set on easy, medium, then move to hard
Play deathmatches before every comp game
Master one agent
Now a few more things for iron players specifically
1. Dont sneak and shoot/spam
2. Try tapping
3. Try out the operator
4. Dont pop swing/Dont wide peek
5. Watch streamers
6.Make sure to use and learn the abilities to its fullest
7. learn strafe (really important)
