FPS

in game i get a solid 139 fps but when i tab out i get 144 and i would like my full fps so what can i do

how do you know your fps if ur tabbedo ut that makes no sense you dont have fps if you're tabbed outr

errr i mean its a difference of 5 fps.. theres prob nothing wrong
