Bruh, people can stream the game in any game mode, just go on twitch and start a stream
I'm sure you're not dumb. You can stream any gamemode.
Riot has no issue with you streaming their game or any of the gamemodes.
Those with access to the PBE, which is the Public Beta Environment, are even allowed to stream (as that content is technically now public), but they just don't want people farming the PBE for content (but it is still allowed regardless)
If you had access to a private client, then you might not be able to stream it. But that is not the case here.
