My Fps is going bad since a week or 2

Since 2 weeks my fps has dropped suddenly from 90 average to inconsistent 40 - 65 can someone help me 🥺

Did you check where you capped your FPS. Also do you place on PC Or Laptop, and if you have a GPU is it Nvidia?
