ping spikes
been having ping spikes recently, any way I can fix this, I have already tried changing my dns servers but that did not help.

Changing DNS won't really fix this. There may be something going on between you ur router/modem, or between ur ISP and Riot. You can eliminate the stuff in ur house being the problem by ensuring you're using ethernet between your computer and ur router. You could also try plugging your PC directly into ur ISP modem (temporarily). If it's still a problem, you'll prbly need to call your ISP to figure out what's up.
