IT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO OPEN A TICKET
I have all the data for the old account, but it asks for recovery and it is not possible to recover automatically. However, when I try to open a ticket, this "error code is issued" while I am logged out from everywhere. Can u help me please?

If I open it in a private window and my private window uses vpn, will it cause problems?
