Can't uninstall the game
Valorant and Riot client is not visible in programs and features.
It is only available in Riot client

If u do delete it then try uninstalling

its almost 1 week
have the same issue the only way to fix it is reststing computer or upgrading to windows 11
Just search it up on youtube.
There is some software, I'm not sure what it is, but it can clear all files related to a topic, so like "valorant."
Issue solved deleted all files manually after uninstalling vanguard then cleared all registries of riot client including valorant under registry editor
