i have been perma banned on my main and my alt for using a third party software which i am unaware of i have never been so confused in my life and im pretty upset tbh since i have spent so much money on the game. so a couple months back my friend told me to download VRY tracker which is a tracker that shows the skins of poeple and there rank and name. which i thought was fine till i got suspension. therefore i deleted that app and have not used it since. i load up my game today and have been banned forever for using a unkown third party sofware like i am not good enough for this and i am so confused any help at all ?

Have you tried to explain it to riot support?
Another thing to do is go check your match history to see if someone is playing on your acc. If it is simply just make a ticket explaining to them when/ what time and you should be getting unbanned
@hisboba_ i have looked on tracker and no one has played on my account i have never been so confused ive looked everywhere foir a 3'rd party app i have none im not smart enough to cheat unless its trn tracker or this vry but i deleted that after my suspension before im so annoyed
just to add to this i created a new account and got banned again i DO NOT know what is causing this i am hurting and going insane i swear to god

Hey, I got exactly the same problem. How did you solve it?
you're probably hardware banned and need to wait the 3 month period / 120 days before accessing ANY account; expect the banned acc (since it's already perm banned). I don't recommend logging into ANY account since it will get insta banned. Also, riot only perm + hardware bans when you did cheat and they have proof of it :). If in some case you did not cheat, the app you were using gave you an advantage to see details about players you were not meant to see; thus why you're banned.
