Why am I loosing XP because of Xbox Game Pass?

When I finished a game of Deathmatch this showed up. Is this a glitch?

I heard they were doing some sort of collaboration, but I don't think it's out yet and also I don't think I should be loosing XP because of it. Shows up every time I play Deathmatch.

Deathmatch gives 800 xp, youre getting more @eternal_raccoon Wait it has a percent tag ok oh welp then i got no idea tbf💀
