Don’t quote me but I think your computer maybe has a firewall because something like this happened in my old computer but that’s just my take wait for someone who knows what they’re talking about to answer u

Had the same issue, I think you need to turn on secure boot in your bios settings.
Yes, you have to enable it in your bios.
