Riot Vanguard Installation Issue
I can't seem to download Riot Vanguard, It's at 0.1 KB/s and the installation cancels after a few second and I have pretty stable internet so I dont know why this is happening.

Just noticed when it's updating, the update percentage goes up and down like from 40% down to 34% then back up to 45% then it stops there
