My fps is capped at 60 fps despite all the limits turned off? Vsync turned off too?
Pls help I was playing at 165 fps not long ago

make sure your pc is plugged in
Go to all settings of your windows, then go to system then display then scroll down and click on advanced display settings then select the right display if you have more than 1 monitor then scroll down on the same page and change ur screen refresh rate to 165 or whatever is the max hz there.
