Do people still see the kind of blue particles when you are usin yoru's ult but using shift ??

there have never been blue particles
There have been, when yoru is in ult and near you, on the sides of your screen youll see some blue lights and youll hear a sound for that too!

Im telling u when yoru ults and he's near you, youll be getting blue particles on the sides of your screen and youll hear water-y kinda sounds too, if u dont believe you both can go in custom game and try it
i think we already mentioned that those are the particles
