yeah am thinkin for buyin one, 1660 super with a decent $100-$150 cpu with 16 gb ram will gdive how much fps on 240 hz monitor? if you have any idea?

Maybe you deleted or renamed some valorant source files
Check Dxdiag (presss windows key + R, type "dxdiag", hit yes and let it load)
The top left tab for display should tell you your actual GPU
Using the system info in settings will only tell you your cpu, it will never tell you your gpu
