when i type in chat my message dont send until like 5 minutes later and it also prevents me from talking?

and also chat stops working when that happens
ive tried everything to fix it
Its probably because of your internet
Or maybe other problems
nah my internet is fine
thats a bug on riots side, cant rlly do much you have ot restart your game if it happens
