how do i get my ranked role in the LFG discord?

I linked my profile. im immortal 1 but have not received the ranked role pls help.

ive done everything in the bot commands. my account is linked. i just dont have the immortal role

sometimes you need to play one match if after a match it doesn't work, you should talk to @Modmail
