Pressing F2/DEL at the Startup Menu will cause the computer to enter BIOS

Now you have to find a way into the bios. Make sure you hold these buttons or something like that. (I am not sure tho. Never tried that by myself.) Maybe watch a youtube video of someone doing this before you change something in the bios.

Yeah, you have the MSI B460M PRO-VDH WIFI Motherboard. To enter Bios you need to spam DEL key when the MSI Logo shows up on boot up You can also go into Windows 10 settings under "Update & Security" click on "Recovery" and click on "Advanced startup". When it restarted, click on "Troubleshoot" -> Advanced options -> UEFI Firmware Settings -> Restart. Now you should be in your Bios.

Thank you @_adm001 but do you know how to enable secure boot in the bios?

Settings -> Advanced -> Windows OS Configuration -> Change BIOS UEFI/CSM Mode to "UEFI" if its not already set to UEFI -> Secure Boot - > Enable Secure Boot. Go back to Settings -> Security -> Trusted Computing -> Enable Security Device Support

trust me this worked for me🙃 ... 1. copy your main valorant folder (not the whole valorant folder..just whats in the live folder inside the valorant folder)into different drive/ if you have only one drive then copy it somewhere else. 2. then go to valorant then to live and delete very thing inside the live folder... 3. after thats done download the valorant installer.. 4.then uninstall the vanguard....and restart the pc. 5. after that open up the installer ( make sure to browser its location to valorant live folder)stop the installation after verifiying/ when it starts to install valorant stop the downloading. 6. then copy paste the the files that was copied/saved in (1. step). 7. then restart the pc and resume the downloading( it wont download the valorant this time it will verifiy and install a clear vision of vangauard...) hope this works for you bro worked for me whenever i get some kind of error😊 (and ya dont think i told to copy the folder so that you dont have to download...just follow the steps).
