help fps

I got a amd ryzen 5, gtx 1650 and 1 stick of 8 gb but barely get 70-90 fps is this normal or should i be able to get more?

I'm not sure if you should get more but try to uninstall apps and check task manager startup tab, etc. And play on lower settings
