Help in Refunding
Hi, I recently bought a ion karambit. I had upgraded it and played with it. I have lost interest in it and another of my favourite knife is in store today. It will be my first time refunding. Please guide if i can do it ( been under 7 days since purchase ) since i keep hearing about these one time refunds even if you play with it or something. please help.
i am also not sure of the tag so please excuse if wrong tag. Its giving me the prompt on the lvl 2 karambit on the webiste that if i refund, the weapon will be too but i want to confirm this.

i clicked on the ion karambit lvl 2 and this is what it shows
if i click ok, will it refund the weapon as well?

Why can't I get exception like 
its actaully possible, but only for one time exception.
I did one mistake months before
I took 2 of trash skins bcs i wasn't getting any good skin and i used it
Then i couldn't refund
Just bcs i used it
But now,they did great thing btw
