I got hacked and my username was changed and my email.
I logged on with facebook (ik im old) and it was changed.

I suggest contacting riot support ASAP https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests
You need to remember important details such as when you created your account, first skin upgraded, first agent and any other important info. If it's hard to find when your account was created, you can check the email which you used to create the account for a welcome to valorant email, from this there will be the exact date you created your account.
