I lost 1 of my Closed Beta Rewards

Hello, I recently noticed that one of my VALORANT Closed Beta banners is missing from my inventory (Even though I have the 'V1.0 nameplate' which was higher tier) 2º image: 🔴: Not in my inventory 🟢: in my inventory 🟠: I couldn't get them (sorry for bad english i'm using translator because im Brazilian lol)
