I got a question, how am I playing with golds and platinums even though I’m unranked and still trying to do my placement matches?
Whenever I try play comp my teamates just keep being toxic to me even though I’m like 4 or 5 ranks below them.

"Unrated" just means that the matchmaker doesn't know what to set your visible rank to. It's trying to find a rank where you will immediately start climbing. The lobbies you're placed in aren't really based on ur visible rank. It's down to a hidden skill rating.
So you're best to just ignore Act Ranks in kill cards, or the ranks of your teammate and just assume that the lobby was put together because both teams have an equal chance of winning.

Ur on a cooldown because you're known to disconnect and ruin matches. You gotta just ride it out.

Yup. They don't want you to queue as much because when you do, you disconnect and ruin matches.
