is it possible to hack into a random guys account in unrated?

some guy in my unrated match randomly typed "nce reyna you have a mail verification now its gonna take me 30 more minutes to hack in your account"i got confused and kinda panicked so i wanted to post this.

if your ingame name is the same as your RIOT ID and your password is the same as the name of your RIOT ID then it's possible yes. That's why you should never do that and also the chance of someone actually doing that is so slim that I can bet hes bluffing.
