I'd avoid using it as fun as it is at the end of the day it's external software

Its a way to get really stretch res like in csgo

Yah. If you just choose a stretched res in the settings menu, the game will unstretch the actual game, and only stretch the UI.
But yah. It's indeed external software so they could decide to ban for it at any time.
