check internet and try resetting dns
check what servers u play on
when you connect to any game you get to choose the servers you go on I am in NA so I see Chicago, North Carolina and Texas I pick Chicago
make sure you play the game on ethernet and not in wireless
I use enternet
And I have around 50mbps
