Valorant not lauching
Hello everyone,
I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 11 and when I launch my game, I get two error messages:
The first one : "This build of Vanguard requires secure boot to be enabled in order to play"
And the second one once I clicked on ok : "Initial attestation failure : Secure boot requirement not met"
So I searched the internet and found an article that told me to go look in my BIOS, I went there and everything I needed to enable (Secure Boot and TPM 2.0) was already enabled. I also uninstalled my game and Vanguard and reinstalled them but it still doesn't work. I'm considering switching back to Windows 10 but if you have another solution I'm interested.
Thanks a lot!

You have to go into computer BIOS. Just search up a video of the problem you're having. It's an issue that happens for every person with Windows 11.
I would give you a link, but I might get banned for that

1. copy your main valorant folder (not the whole valorant folder..just whats in the live folder inside the valorant folder)into different drive/ if you have only one drive then copy it somewhere else. 2. then go to valorant then to live and delete very thing inside the live folder... 3. after thats done download the valorant installer.. 4.then uninstall the vanguard....and restart the pc. 5. after that open up the installer ( make sure to browser its location to valorant live folder)stop the installation after verifiying/ when it starts to install valorant stop the downloading. 6. then copy paste the the files that was copied/saved in (1. step). 7. then restart the pc and resume the downloading( it wont download the valorant this time it will verifiy and install a clear vision of vangauard...) hope this works for you bro worked for me whenever i get some kind of errorπ (and ya dont think i told to copy the folder so that you dont have to download...just follow the steps).
i hate windows 11, its soo slow
slow?
for me it is faster
like 3 times
w10 start: 70 seconds
w11 start: 25 seconds
Initial Attestation failure: Secure boot requirement not met
@step_back_and_move_on Do you have windows 11? If yes then Valorant doesn't really support Windwos 11 yet
A quick answer. For some people it may work but for some not. I heard that information from a riot dev in discord. This is whaz rthey have been saying in the chat so I dont think that this is false.
Yeah I have it but I finally found a solution, my BIOS wasnβt working as it was supposed to so I had to search deeply in it and I found but I canβt tell you how Iβve done this it was a bit by luck
Thanks for the answer
Yeah no problem. Glad that it worked.
25 seconds? My windows 10 boots up in 10 seconds.
but your computer is not as trash as my I guess
oh this happened to me I went into bios settings to turn it on
I am using a laptop so meh
And also, operating systems cannot cause that the boot time takes longer. The hardware won't really affect the boot time as well. You have to have an SSD. I'd believe you if you had a HHD only.
I have a HDD disk
