My account was banned the last year 2020. Back then the game was still in progress i think cause sometimes I get disconnected or the game wants me to restart my game client again for an update or somethin. I knew something was wrong cause when i logged back in, the game thinks that it was my fault and penalize me. I got busy before but im asking for help right now.
