Account banned (Failed to appeal 4 times)
Hi, I got suspended on the day the new update dropped. I’ve been appealing over and over again but the support team is just giving me some template answers. They just said I’ve used third-party program and my account can’t be unbanned.
I have no idea who to contact anymore. This is my account history https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/Focused%230000/overview. As you can see I’m on a 9 game losing streak. I’m not sure why I got flagged as a cheater. Please advise me. I’ve spent more than 700USD on my account and it sucks to have it suspended falsely.

There isn't much anyone here can do. You agreed to the terms of the game before you put money into it 😔.
Do you know who else I can contact besides VALORANT player support? They are just giving me some template answers over and over…
Try to see if you can find a number (probably won't be able to) or alternate email. There isn't a lot you can do, just be really persistent.

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, they are just closing my ticket after sending the template answer as a response. So I can’t really negotiate much.
Best you can do is call your credit card company.
But if you initiate a charge back and it works out, you will probably not be able to purchase things through Riot's payment processor in the future. But if you really think Riot defrauded you, this is your only option. If, on the other hand, you had sus stuff installed, then, well, your account was suspended for a valid reason.

I feel really bad for you. Try doing what @luabrt suggested.
Hi @focusedsg , there could be multiple reasons that you were banned for, not only hacking, on discord, no one can help you get unbanned though.

No, I literally reinstalled Windows before installing VALORANT. And my Desktop PC is just for gaming so I don’t have any sus stuff on it.
Thanks for suggestion. But as I’ve mentioned, Riot support has been giving me template answers then closing my ticket. So opening new tickets won’t help. I was wondering if anyone knows any person who can assist with ban appeal.
I can’t chargeback as I’ve cashed in other Riot titles bound to the same account and I don’t want them to get suspended as well..
