How do I get the crosshair that I am looking at?

In the crosshair menu, I have fixed it to look like image n.2 but when I enter a match, the crosshair's opacity gets mixed in to look like image n.1 Is there anything I can do to get such a circular crosshair yet have everything on the same opacity layer?
