I have an issue where I'm stuck on the map loading page
I try entering my account on different devices and it sends me into a map loading screen with all the players listed, it's been more than an hour since the match started and I doubt it's still ongoing. Why am I stuck on this?

have you restarted pc or the game?
I restarted my pc and closed the game multiple times. The same screen opens up everytime.
And on my friend's screen it says that I'm in an unrated match at 0-0 even though It's been like that for almost 2 hours now
