focusing on good util usage is kinda underrated
Do Ur own stuff, not how e-sportler or radiants it would do (thats why, they are high elo+, cuz they do own stuff)
Also, imo AIM is Not that important Like Brain
Make sure to not take 1v1s unless you need to take that risk
Off-Angles
What about off angles?
Hold off angles
it will catch your opponent off guared
And aiming in headlevel
If you hold an off angle and more than one person swings you, you're probably dead.
Smarter if you hold an off angle
Than whatever other angle your holding
They're situational, but yes, knowing how to use them correctly is important
1. Have a plan
without a plan of attack or defense, u are going to be caught off guard in the open
its better to hold a crappy angle then to run around and try to find the perfect one, while exposing yourself to dozens of other angles
so this is why having an idea of what you and your team are going to do before the round starts is important
adjust ur plan accordingly to what the enemy does
also plan for enemy util or ults, try to recognize patterns in enemy util
2. Play as a team
If u are solo B
and ur getting five rushed
u should try coming up with a unique playstyle or a onetrick-agent one
ur best course of action would be to get the first entry then back off and wait for the retake
it really helps with positioning, tactics, and teamwork
which this goes back to the first rule
to have a plan and expect and know what to do if that situation happens
on the flip side, if ur retaking or attacking, dont sit behind the smoke and wait until site is clear while ur team is pushing site
u should push with ur team because they are essentially baiting for you when they decide to push
waiting till they die then deciding to push is just giving free kills to the enemy
but pushing behind or infront will allow your team to trade or for you to trade out the entry, then hopefully u can close out the round with proper util usage and team play
3. Mentality
If u go into a game expecting to lose, u are most likely to lose
Try and be as positive as possible (even when Valorant can be tilting)
remember that every game is still winable and play like its winable
if you give up half way through
then u lose the opportunity to improve your skills for the rest of that game
and everyone wants improvement
Those are the 3 most important things other than aim and game sense which takes a lot more time to implement then these things
imo
Off-angles - this is angles who rarely checks.
Play DM’s - Deathmatches learn your crosshair placement and conter-strafe picks (i prefer unbind crouch on DM’s, why? If you crouch your head is lower placement and on low elo’s you get free dead instant. The most iron’s,bronze’s, sliver’s using crouch instant on peeking and geting free head for that)
Aimlab, Kovak, Third-Party aim training programs - this method can help muscle memory faster and you be better before 2 mouths if you use speed and accuarcy training on Aimlab
360* aim training - go to practice tool on Valorant and set on F2. 100 targets train. If you turn go middle shooting range and try shoot only headshots and repeat 3 times this everyday.
Medium bots and hard bots on practice tool
Train sometimes on this bots because you can learn faster reaction on enemy pick.
Know all peeks - you must learn all peeks be like muscle peek, short peek, wide peek and bhop peek (the hardest peek), this peeks can you help to see if there is anyone aimed at this position.
Motvation and Determination - you must know in my Valorant rankeds experiences. You meet toxic’s, kids, trolls and smurfs. but remember one important thing, you have to play for the team, if you see that they are rushing, try to cover the positions where the opponent may be with this Brimston, it will significantly help the team to return the site or attack.
Mute teammate and enemy chat if you see toxic issues - Basic method comunication. Information, ping and quiet. If some teammate screams, be toxic or disturbs. Tell other teammates to try him mute and play together. Toxicity is your worst opponent and don't get manipulated, and you must calm on aim and actual match. Remember for you not a lost matchmaking. For you, losing a game is a valuable lesson for you What do you need to work to be better.
nice
Last tip important tip
Try motivate and be happy on your teammate. remember, a friendly approach to an ally is the basis of each game, then you build good energy in the team and then people approach the game differently (this is not another ranked one that is a routine, but it is supposed to be a match that has any effects of winning). I always write "NT" after losing a round or say what if he could improve in his game (here, be careful with tips because people will also be able to pick on you when you play so rather use this trick when you are at the top of the table).
The last thing to do is communicate what you want to do and if you are peeking with someone. Tell him to do it at the same time and then you will get any information on where he was or where he killed the ally.
Short info - always try to ping and summarize where your opponent was when he killed you. Remember that information is information and remember that the opponent also has legs and may be elsewhere
I hope these tips will help you develop your game skills. I say it all from my 2 years of gaming experience from closed beta to the current chapter. And one more thing, get to know the lineup's on some agents
My actual rank: Bronze 1 lvl 137
im silv 2, lvl (under 60 i forgor)
idk why we saying ranks now
I think ranks doesn’t metter. platinum, diamond, immortal, radiant will literally say the same. The experience you have learned from the game is important. The rank only shows how much you have mastered these mechanics and are able to use them in the game
a and remember one thing. Remember that your opponent may have a better day
No no, crosshair placement is important
