i need help i cant hear anyone on my uk account but i can talk to them and they can hear me how do i fix this ??

try going into sound settings and make sure you have proper audio type on
I had the same error for a while. Strangely enough, he went away. Maybe what helped me will help: It's important that you only do it ingame. You go into the settings and activate the loop sound. Leave it "ON" until you hear yourself. After that my voice chat worked again.
