banned because team didnt remake? is there a way to get my comp ban removed because of this?
i just closed my laptop in agent pick because i had to go, so the game autopicked the agent i was hovering over, and only disconnected me in the loading screen, after which one teamate didnt remake as a joke. 15 minutes later i opened the game to initiate the 10 minute ban i wouldve gotten, but one of my teamates didnt remake as a joke and i missed 7 rounds because of which i got a ban. i tried to make a ticket in val support but a bot auto responded saying that i had gotten banned for negative behaviour in competitive(referring to me leaving the game)
