Quickest Way To Get To Level 20?

I just started playing Valorant a few days and I really want to play ranked but it takes so long to level up. What is the most efficient AP gain method to level up?

i once saw on Reddit that the fastest way to get AP is by just playing a lot of spike rush hope it helps

and that has no proof spike rush is good for EXP tho
