I didn't get my Act rank gun buddy? :( I did 23 wins in total but haven't received one.. have I missed something?

If you were gold for 2 acts and peaked plat for one act you would have a gold buddy

hey just tried to find out why as well, but i have an act in gold one in plat, if i get diamond this act will i get a diamond charm?
