Will we ever be able to select what region we play on, cuz i actually want to go in games where people talk english not spanish

I made a new account for that. You have to create an account with a VPN active.

but after can you turn off the VPN and it will be the same region?

Yep. I actively use an NA and a LATAM account, depending on what language I feel like speaking.
