-Are there any programs running in the background?
-Overheating/bad temp control?
-Virus installed by accident?
-Drivers updated?
-Have you tried restarting your PC?
Here's a small lost of things you can check to make sure they're good and if they're the issue or not
1. No programs
2. CPU is fine i checked HWmonitor
3. I would check but i dont know an antivirus
4. I did and it almost fucked my whole pc over.
5. To many times
Maybe you didn't install a graphics driver correctly
Maybe consider Uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics frive
The only other thing I can think of is if it's not plugged in to the charger but that's more of a laptop issue than a PC
After new patch frames have decreased no cap
Used to get 120 to 140 FPS
now 80 to 100
Every driver is latest no background no startup apps
CPU is very good with gpu 1650
